Abstract

Teacher is a guarranty of realizing and overcoming the rough problems and obstacles of the modern school. In any times, regardless of economical and political situations, mankind has relied on teachers to educate generations. Nowadays, together with their professional rise of their social role, teachers need to be carefully chosen and trained continuousely. The article is devoted to the solution of the crucial issue of teaching more efficiently and enthusiastically.
